Self Care


  “Taking care of yourself doesn't mean me first, it means me too.”

Taking care of yourself is as important as taking care of others. We need to take care of ourself to be able to take care of everyone else. 

Here are some tips for self care:
1. Make sleep part or your daily routine. ( its very important to have a good sleep and restful to be able to be more productive the next day)

2. Exercise daily- working out can help with stress, anxiety, mood and being active also helps with your performance in your daily life and by being in better shape you will also be healthier.

3. Eating Right- eating healthy and whats good for your body is as important as as working out and sleeping, what you put into your body its essential, it can either make us healthier, happier and energetic or can contribute to weight gain, diseases like diabetes or hearth problems and others.

4. Giving yourself a break: often we want to keep and keep doing more and more things because " we have to" but sometimes we need to stop and take a break, it could be 10 minutes of laying down in the sofa, or watching a movie or whatever makes you happy and relaxes you.

5. Organize: by being organize you can plan your day and weeks in advance which will allow you to have more time for yourself and get more things done if you have your day planned out ahead.
