The other day I was driving on my way home and I passed by a school that had on the fence written 'PAY IT FORWARD" it put a smile on my face that there are so many people that know about this and are doing something about.
Pay it forward doesn't have to be something related with money or giving someone you have or crazy things like that, that must people some times think that for you to make a difference in the world it has to be with money.
Yes we all need money to live, eat and our daily life but you can change someone's life or their world by doing simple things like:
- open the door for someone
- give someone a hug it could even be a stranger
- donate blood
- give someone a ride
- share your lunch with someone how doesn't have anything to eat in school/ work
- write a thank you email or text message to someone.
- let someone else go in front of you in a line.
- give away the stuff you don't use anymore to someone who could benefit from it.
- volunteer at a hospital, homeless shelter, community.
- clean up the beach.
- give someone else your parking spot
- clean up after someone who didn't .
- compliment someone.
- introduce yourself to a stranger .
- give your seat to someone else.
- talk to someone that is left out in the class, in the cafeteria it could be anywhere.
- run for a good cause.
- help an elder cross the street or take their groceries to the car.
